Sign in on behalf of a child up to 12 years old

You can log in on behalf of your child in two ways::

• “Log in for your child under 12”: You have registered an authorization with our patient registration. You log in using your own DigiD.
• “View medical record child under 12”: Choose this option if you have not yet registered an authorization. This only allows you to view your child's medical record (you cannot make changes or manage matters). You log in using your own DigiD.
